Not long ago we told you about a new film project Foo Fighters nucleus Dave Grohl was working on, a documentary centering on the legendary and recently-shuttered Sound City studios in Los Angeles. We had an indication that it would be special, but had no idea just how deep Grohl had dug into his rock star rolodex for the film.

Now that a trailer has arrived, we’re picking our jaws off the floor as the contributing names and faces roll across the frame: Trent Reznor, Joshua Homme, Mick Fleetwood, Tom Petty, Lars Ulrich, Krist Novoselic, Alain Johannes, Chris Goss, Cheap Trick, Corey Taylor, Stephen Pearcy and many, many more.
